Is the audit really free?
Yes — completely. It's a 15-minute call where I review your website, security, and setup, and tell you the two or three things worth fixing first. No cost, no obligation to buy anything afterward.
How does payment work?
After the audit you get a fixed quote. One-off projects (your website or automation) are paid by card through Stripe or PayPal — larger ones start with a deposit. The IT plan is a simple monthly subscription you can pause or cancel anytime.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all — that's the whole point. I handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English. You'll always know what's happening with your own tools, without needing to learn the jargon.
Will my data and accounts stay mine?
Always. Everything is set up under your own accounts and ownership. When a project wraps, I hand it over with a short walkthrough so you're never locked in or dependent on me.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — that's the "Your IT Department" plan: from $50/month for ongoing security updates, backups, monitoring, and a real person to call when something breaks. Mention it on your audit call and I'll include options in your quote.
